Créase el cargo de Delegado Municipal de Villa Arias, dentro del  Agrupamiento Personal Superior, a partir del día 1º de diciembre de 1982, con el sueldo que detalla.

SANCIONADA A LOS TREINTA DIAS DEL MES DE DICIEMBRE DE MIL NOVECIENTOS OCHENTA Y DOS.
